At Saucony Kids, we want your little ones to move with confidence, which is why we offer free returns on all unworn footwear within 30 days of purchase. If the fit isn't perfect, simply follow our easy return process to receive a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original Saucony shoe box or shipping package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
